Trampoline parks in Skåne

We love trampoline parks for the chance for kids to get active and burn off some energy and for adults to get to sit down and drink a coffee in peace (or burn off some energy too, if your knees and your pelvic floor are up to it).

Here’s where you can find trampoline parks in Skåne – scroll to the bottom of the page for a handy map.

1. JumpYard

My children’s favourite trampoline park, JumpYard boast parks across five countries. In Skåne, you’ll find them in Helsingborg and Kristianstad. We’ve yet to visit the Helsingborg park yet, but Kristianstad is a large airy park with lots of places for parents to sit and watch. There are interactive games, a ninja course, foam pits and a sky ride as well as trampolines. The café offers snacks and light meals such as pizza, or head over to the nearby C4 shopping centre for more food options including a Burger King. It’s also a few doors down from Kristianstad’s Leos Lekland if you really want to tire those kids out. Free parking.

Price: Bounce for two hours from 189 sek.

2. Extremezone

At the top of Malmö’s Entré shopping centre, Extremezone packs a lot into a relatively small footprint, with trampolines, parkour, foam pits and a ninja course, with a VR arena and Clip n Climb available onsite for an additional fee.

There are tables for parents and a café offering drinks and snacks; other food options including a branch of our family favourite Aiko Sushi are available in the shopping centre and there’s a McDonald’s and Max over the road (beware: parking at McDonald’s is free, but we got a ticket at Max). Paid parking is available in Entré. There’s also a Filmstaden in Entré if you need a long sit down in a darkened room, and a System if you think you’ve earned a glass of wine when you get home.

3. Jump

Jump has two locations in Malmö, of which I think we’ve only visited one. It’s generally smaller and simpler than its competitors, with a small seating area and café, but also usually the cheapest option, with two hours entrance from just 85 sek on weekdays.

Address: Jägersrovägen 177, 213 75 Malmö and Topplocksgatan 12, 212 41 Malmö

Price: One hour for 99 sek/two hours for 119 sek during the holidays; weekday prices from 85 sek.

4. Rebel Park

Beware Rebel Park’s sweary decor.

Rebel Park in Bromölla offers a small trampoline section alongside a whole range of other wholesome thrill-seeking activities, including a parkour area, bouldering, a small skateboard/scooter/BMX area, a ninja course and a huge ramp. For 249 sek, you can stay all day and there’s a café selling burgers and drinks on site. Free parking outside and a small amount of seating for parents. There’s also a large (free) skateboard/multisport arena over the road, which I lost all my children to on our last visit.

Address: Stig Sunnes väg 2, 29531 Bromölla

Price: One hour for 129 sek, two hours for 199 sek or stay all day for 249 sek. Equipment (skateboards/bikes etc) is available for hire if you don’t have your own.

5. Fabriken

Fabriken in Landskrona is the only trampoline park on our list which we haven’t visited yet – but it looks as though that needs to change soon seeing as it offers not only trampolines but also soft play and laser tag on site, as well as karaoke, shuffleboard, darts and more. It looks like great value too, with three hours of soft play and trampolines for just 130 sek in the holidays, or 105 for two hours from 4 pm. Laser tag costs 100 sek for one game, 150 sek for two games or 200 sek for three games – a whole hour of play. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
